CONVIBER Idlers are available in CEMA B, CEMA C and CEMA D series.
The “B” series are available in 4″ and 5″ diameter rolls with 17mm ball bearings. CEMA C series idlers are available in 4″, 5″ and 6″ diameter rolls with either 3/4 inch ball bearings or 3/4″ tapered roller bearings. CEMA D series idlers are available in 5″ and 6″ diameter rolls with 1″ tapered roller or 1″ ball bearings.
All idlers are available in regreasable or sealed-for-life styles.
CONVIBER Impact Idlers are built to withstand the shock at the loading zone. The rubber discs used on impact idlers are made of natural molded rubber which is ideal for shock absorbing characteristics.
Impact Idlers are available in CEMA B, CEMA C and CEMA D series.
CONVIBER Return Idlers are available in CEMA B with 17mm ball bearings. CEMA C Return Idlers are available with 3/4″ ball bearings or 3/4″ tapered roller bearings. Standard drop brackets are 1 -1/2″ unless 4-1/2″ drop brackets are requested. All returns are also available in CEMA D and CEMA E.

Rubber Disc Return Idlers are constructed from abrasion resistant, synthetic rubber discs. An encapsulated steel ring maintains a compression fit between the disc and a heavy wall inner tube. Like all CONVIBER Idler products, they are available with 17mm ball bearing in CEMA B series, 3/4″ ball bearing or 3/4″ taper roller bearings in CEMA C series and 1″ tapered roller bearings in CEMA D series.
Like our troughing and impact idlers, CONVIBER Self-Aligning Troughing Idlers are built to withstand loads. The frame is free to swivel within controlled limits on a steel housing which contains tapered roller bearings. The activating rollers are easily removed to permit the attachment of actuating shoes. The positive style is always furnished unless the actuated style is requested.
Self-Aligning Return Idlers are equipped with the positive type ball bearing activating rollers mounted on both ends of the frame. These can also be converted to the actuated style by removing the rollers and attaching actuating shoes. Self-Aligning Return Idlers are available in 4″ and 5″ diameter rolls in CEMA B series and 4″, 5″ and 6″ diameter rolls in CEMA C series and 5″and 6″ in CEMA D series.
The simple, reliable solution for correctly positioning mistracking belts. The RBP1 works on the return side of the beltline, using simple angled rollers mounted in a fixed position. Through the use of a funneling action, it continuously forces the belt into the correct position.
This guard provides a barricade of the pinch point created by the belt passing over a return roll. Its mounting bracket provides easy installation on 4″, 5″ or 6″ rolls with 4-1/2″ drop brackets utilizing the return brackets’ mounting rolls. While normally used on return rolls with seven feet or less vertical clearance from the ground or decking, it may be used on any return roll.
