Rip-Stop features a 3-Ply 600 PIW carcass with steel cord protector layer embedded in the top cover at right angle to the direction of travel. It is encapsulated in 3/8″ X1/8″ RMAI covers. It has impact and rip-stop resistant ratings “off the charts”. It is almost impossible to longitudinally rip this belt! CONPLY RIP-STOP is our finest product for under crusher service. This belt is made like a steel radial tire! It’s great for scrap applications.
A premium nitrile blend cover for service conditions requiring heat and oil resistance. Offers good abrasion resistance to 300 degrees F. Recommended for conveying hot asphalt paving mix, carbon pitch mixes and service conditions involving petroleum-based products. CONPLY Super-Orez Hot Asphalt 2-ply 220 3/16″ X1/16″ belts are stocked in common equipment sizes with recessed Flexco R2, R5, 375 or 550 hinged fasteners installed.
A special blended E.PD.M. Compound features excellent heat and abrasion resistance. CONPLY Heat-Rez 750 is capable of handling materials at temperatures to 750° F. It is designed to handle fine, powdery materials such as cement products due to its non-cracking properties. Typical applications include hot clinker, hot cement, hot sintered ores, etc.
*Caution: Heat resistant temperatures are intended as a guide and not absolute or guaranteed. As recommended maximum temperatures are reached or exceeded, belt life will decrease on an accelerated basis unless effective measures are taken to cool the belt.
